As we scale, we’re seeking a visionary Brand Manager to shape how the world sees and experiences our products.


The Role:
As Brand Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our visual and narrative identity. From packaging and messaging to digital presence and retail storytelling, you’ll lead the creative and strategic expression of Grandfada Distribution across all platforms. You’ll ensure that everything—from a rice bag to a campaign tagline—feels aligned, powerful, and unforgettable.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute brand strategy for Grandfada Distribution and Lydia Rice
  • Oversee packaging design, visual assets, and creative direction for all products
  • Craft compelling messaging for marketing, social media, sales materials, and press
  • Collaborate with sales, e-commerce, and operations teams to ensure brand consistency across customer touchpoints
  • Manage relationships with design agencies, freelance creatives, and printers
  • Lead the creation of brand guidelines and ensure compliance across internal/external partners
  • Monitor brand performance, customer sentiment, and market trends to inform decisions

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in brand management, creative direction, or marketing strategy
  • A portfolio that showcases brand storytelling and design leadership (product-based brands preferred)
  • Strong writing, editing, and conceptual thinking skills
  • Passion for heritage-driven, community-first brands
  • Experience with CPG, food/beverage, or culturally rooted brands is a major plus
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools
