The Role:
We’re seeking a reliable and solution-oriented IT Support Technician to maintain our technology infrastructure and support day-to-day tech operations. You’ll be the go-to person for troubleshooting hardware, software, and system issues—helping our team stay connected, protected, and productive.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for laptops, desktops, printers, and network systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and connectivity issues (on-site and remote)
  • Maintain IT inventory, equipment setup, and user account management
  • Monitor and support Wi-Fi, routers, and internal server performance
  • Install and update software across teams and devices
  • Ensure cybersecurity protocols are in place and followed
  • Support any tech needs related to our warehouse, POS systems, or Shopify backend
  • Assist with onboarding of new team members (accounts, devices, systems access)

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in IT support, helpdesk, or systems administration
  • Familiarity with Windows and Mac OS, Google Workspace, and remote support tools
  • Knowledge of networking basics (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, etc.)
  • Experience supporting small business or startup environments a plus
  • Ability to prioritize, document, and communicate solutions clearly
  • Trustworthy, discreet, and proactive under pressure
