The Role:
We’re seeking a friendly, reliable, and solutions-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our growing customer base. As the first point of contact for inquiries, feedback, and concerns, you’ll be the voice of our brand—helping ensure every customer feels heard, valued, and taken care of.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve product, delivery, or account issues with empathy and efficiency
- Process orders, track shipments, and manage returns or exchanges
- Maintain customer records and report recurring issues to management
- Assist B2B and retail clients with order questions and special requests
- Provide updates on promotions, shipping delays, or product availability
- Collaborate with logistics, e-commerce, and sales teams to ensure smooth communication across departments
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years experience in customer service, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or food distribution
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Friendly, calm, and professional demeanor—especially under pressure
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Shopify, or similar tools (a plus)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole) is a plus
