We supply high-quality food products and essentials through retail and wholesale channels, including our signature line, Lydia Rice. Now, we’re expanding our digital footprint and looking for someone to lead the charge.
The Role:
We’re seeking a results-driven E-Commerce Manager to oversee and scale our online presence. From optimizing our Shopify store to driving sales across digital marketplaces, you’ll be responsible for building a seamless shopping experience and growing our digital revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update Grandfada’s e-commerce platform (Shopify)
- Develop and execute digital sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly revenue goals
- Oversee product listings, pricing, SEO, imagery, and inventory sync
- Analyze performance metrics and customer behavior to improve conversions
- Coordinate with marketing for email campaigns, promotions, and ad spend
- Implement customer service workflows and support ticketing tools
- Explore new sales channels (Amazon, Faire, Walmart, etc.) and oversee onboarding
- Collaborate with fulfillment partners to ensure smooth order processing and shipping
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years in e-commerce management or digital retail (Shopify required)
- Strong understanding of online consumer behavior and conversion funnels
- Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, or similar tools
- Ability to manage multiple products and categories with attention to detail
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a fast-growing, startup environment
- Bonus: Experience with grocery/food brands or international shipping
