The Role:
We’re hiring a reliable, safety-minded Forklift Operator to support our warehouse team in loading, unloading, organizing, and transporting inventory. You’ll be responsible for keeping our products moving smoothly and securely throughout our distribution center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts to load and unload trucks, stock shelves, and move products across the facility
- Safely handle pallets, crates, and containers of rice and packaged goods
- Assist with daily warehouse operations, including order prep and inventory movement
- Inspect and maintain forklift equipment, reporting any issues to management
- Ensure product placement is accurate and meets safety standards
- Follow warehouse safety protocols and participate in team safety meetings
Qualifications:
- Valid forklift operator certification (or ability to obtain it before start date)
- 1–2 years experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/move throughout the shift
- Attention to safety, detail, and cleanliness
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Bonus: Experience in food distribution or multicultural warehouse environments
