The Role:
We’re looking for a personable, organized, and process-savvy Onboarding Coordinator to welcome and guide new franchisees and distribution partners into the Grandfada family. You’ll be the bridge between our internal teams and our partners—ensuring every new relationship starts strong, feels supported, and operates in alignment with our mission.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate onboarding for new distribution and franchise partners across various regions
  • Facilitate training sessions, welcome calls, and walkthroughs of systems, policies, and procedures
  • Provide documentation, resources, and support for licensing, product knowledge, inventory systems, and marketing standards
  • Serve as point-of-contact during the first 90 days of partnership, offering hands-on assistance and relationship building
  • Track onboarding progress, feedback, and compliance requirements
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, logistics, legal, and brand teams to streamline setup
  • Contribute to the development of a scalable onboarding framework for future growth

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years experience in partner onboarding, franchise support, or B2B client relations
  • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with operations tools (CRMs, Google Workspace, onboarding platforms)
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple partners and timelines
  • A friendly, culturally aware approach to customer service and brand representation
  • Bonus: Background in food/beverage, logistics, or Caribbean/Latinx markets
