We’re seeking a detail-focused Quality Control Technician who will help us uphold and improve the integrity of every product that carries our name.
The Role:
As a Quality Control Technician, you’ll be responsible for inspecting and testing food products, packaging, and shipments to ensure they meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Your work will help protect our customers, our brand, and the trust we’ve built in every community we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections on raw materials, finished goods, and packaging supplies
- Monitor and document quality checks throughout the production and fulfillment process
- Identify and report any non-conformities or quality deviations
- Maintain accurate records of quality tests, supplier certifications, and batch reports
- Work with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams to address quality issues
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, storage requirements, and cleanliness standards
- Recommend improvements to product handling and QA processes
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years experience in quality control, food safety, or warehouse inspection
- Knowledge of FDA/USDA regulations and food handling best practices
- Attention to detail and strong documentation/reporting skills
- Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, or ISO standards is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a growing operations team
- Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs and conduct warehouse inspections
