We are expanding into key island territories and seeking passionate Territory Managers to lead regional growth and represent our values on the ground.
The Role:
As a Territory Manager, you will be the face of Grandfada Distribution in your assigned island region. Your role will blend sales leadership, relationship management, and market activation to drive distribution, build retailer relationships, and ensure our products are present, promoted, and performing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage relationships with wholesalers, supermarkets, retailers, and community hubs
- Drive sales of Lydia Rice and other Grandfada goods through territory-specific strategies
- Coordinate and oversee distribution logistics with local partners and vendors
- Conduct site visits, stock checks, and merchandising quality assessments
- Launch new products and promotional campaigns within your island
- Gather market insights and competitor data to support company-wide planning
- Represent Grandfada’s values in business relationships, local events, and community partnerships

- Trinidad & Tobago
- Bahamas
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- Cayman Islands
- Antigua & Barbuda
(Other islands will be considered based on demand and reach.)
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years experience in regional sales, territory management, or distribution (food/beverage preferred)
- Strong knowledge of local market dynamics and retailer ecosystems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to travel locally and occasionally to other islands or the U.S.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of accountability and integrity
- Must have reliable transportation and valid work authorization in territory
